  • For an item that arrived damaged or is the wrong item, a description and clear photographs. For partner items, write within 7 days of delivery.

Returns and problems with an order

Write to us before you send anything back, and wait for our instructions. Food and treats are final sale unless an item arrives damaged or is the wrong item. For partner items, we start the return with the supplier, and the item goes back to that supplier, not to us.
