How Shipping Works
Pet Treats sells two kinds of items, and each kind ships on its own from where it is kept.
Two kinds of items
- Sniff and Shift treats are our own line. They ship from Malvern, Pennsylvania.
- Partner items come from independent suppliers through Shopify Collective. Each one is fulfilled and shipped by the supplier named on its product page.
Separate packages
An order with both kinds of items arrives as two or more packages, each with its own tracking number. Items from different suppliers also ship separately, so your packages may arrive on different days.
What shipping costs
- Sniff and Shift treats under $50: $5 flat Standard shipping.
- Sniff and Shift treats at $50 or more: free Standard shipping.
- Partner items: the supplier’s Shopify Collective rate, shown at checkout and added to your order. Partner items do not count toward the $50.
For example, $40 of Sniff and Shift treats plus a $20 partner item pays $5 for the treats and the supplier’s rate for the partner item.
Where and when
We ship to addresses in the United States only. There is no international shipping, no local delivery and no pickup. Sniff and Shift orders leave Malvern within 1 to 3 business days and travel by UPS or USPS. For partner items, the processing time shown on the product page is the supplier’s typical time.
Returns
Food and treats are final sale unless an item arrives damaged or is the wrong item. Write to us first with your order number and photographs; for partner items, write within 7 days of delivery. We start the return, and partner items go back to their supplier, who sends a return label at no charge. No restocking fee applies to any return.
