Our Makers

This page lists who makes the treats sold on Pet Treats and who ships them.

Sniff & Shift LLC owns pettreats.net and makes the Sniff and Shift line, which is why those treats appear first in collections and in the cart. Every other product is made and shipped by an independent maker through Shopify Collective.

The house maker

Sniff and Shift freeze dries and air dries its treats in small batches in its Malvern, Pennsylvania kitchen. The Sniff and Shift page covers the range and where the ingredients come from, and its collection shows everything currently listed.

Independent makers

A maker gets an entry below when its treats are live on this site. The description of each partner treat repeats only what the maker itself lists about it.

The Family Pet

The Family Pet treats on this site are fulfilled and shipped by The Family Pet through Shopify Collective, and the product page for each of those treats names it as the supplier.

The Family Pet items are sold and shipped by The Family Pet through Shopify Collective, not made or shipped by Sniff and Shift. Returns go back to The Family Pet; email us and we start it.

What this means at checkout

A cart that holds treats from more than one maker is split into separate packages, one per maker, and each package carries its own tracking number. How shipping works sets out the rates. The Refund Policy has the return terms, including which items are final sale.

Becoming a maker here

A maker that wants to be carried can read what the site looks for and then write in through the contact page.
