These dog training treats are chicken gizzards, a small organ, sold under the name Chicken Gizzard Trainers. Nothing in the listing states a piece size, weight or count per bag, or how the gizzards are prepared.
Farm Hounds describes them as high-protein snacks that work great for high-value training treats.
