Each bar is freeze dried whole ground quail, bones, organs and feathers included, made for dogs. It comes as one 1.5 oz bar or two bars at 3 oz, and a bar snaps into 24 bite-sized pieces. The ingredient list reads ground whole quail and nothing else. The maker also sells it as a topper, so the pieces can be crumbled over a meal. Feed in moderation, because it is a treat and not a full meal. Store in a cool, dry place and reseal after opening.
