Who runs pettreats.net?
Sniff & Shift LLC of Malvern, Pennsylvania owns and runs pettreats.net. It is the seller of record on every order, so there is a single checkout and a single place to write.
Who makes the treats sold here?
The house line, Sniff and Shift, is freeze dried and air dried in small batches in Malvern. Every other treat comes from an independent maker through Shopify Collective, and each product page names its maker.
Why did my order arrive in more than one box?
Each maker packs and ships its own items, so an order that mixes makers arrives as separate packages. Each package has its own tracking number and may land on a different day.
What does shipping cost?
The Shipping Policy sets Standard shipping on Sniff and Shift items at a flat $5 below $50 and free from $50 on. Under the same policy, partner items ship at the maker's Shopify Collective rate, shown at checkout, and do not count toward the $50.
How do returns work on food and treats?
The Refund Policy makes food and treats final sale, except for an item that arrives damaged or is the wrong item. Write to us first with your order number and photographs, and for a partner item write within 7 days of delivery. Partner items that are not food, such as a treat pouch, follow the 30 day partner return terms in the same policy, with a return label from the maker and no label or restocking fee.
Do you ship outside the United States?
No. The Shipping Policy covers addresses in the United States only, for house items and partner items alike.
Are freeze dried treats raw?
Many are. Freeze drying takes the water out without cooking, so a treat that started raw stays raw, and the product page and label say how each item is prepared. The raw feeding notice covers handling and feeding.
How do I pick a treat for an animal I have not bought for before?
Start with the treat finder, which goes from the animal to the job and then to a collection. A Sniff and Shift treat that fits your search appears first in the grid.
How do I reach a person?
Email support@sniffandshift.com with your order number and the item your question is about. The Contact page also lists a phone number and a mailing address.
